低磷胁迫对小麦代换系可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量的影响及染色体效应

The Effect of PhosphoRus Deficiency StRess on Soluble SugaR Content and Soluble PRotein Content and ChRomosome of Wheat Substitution Lines

摘要: 以中国春-Synthetic 6x染色体代换系及其亲本为材料,通过测定不同磷处理条件下孕穗期、开花期、灌浆期旗叶的可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量,研究低磷胁迫对相关生理性状的影响,并对控制可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量的相关基因进行染色体定位。结果表明,低磷胁迫下,中国春-Synthetic 6x染色体代换系及其亲本的可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量在测定的各生育时期中明显低于对照;Synthetic 6x的2A、3A、5B、7D染色体上可能存在促进可溶性糖含量增加的基因;3A染色体上可能存在诱导可溶性蛋白含量增加的基因。

Abstract: Wheat substitution lines between Chinese SpRing and Synthetic 6x undeR the tReatments of phosphoRus deficiency stRess and phosphoRus noRmal ( contRol) in diffeRent developing stages weRe studied to ReseaRch the effect of phosphoRus deficiency stRess on soluble sugaR content and soluble pRotein content and locate the gene contRolling soluble sugaR content and soluble pRotein content. The Results showed that soluble sugaR content and soluble pRotein content Reduced undeR phosphoRus deficiency stRess in diffeRent developing stages; The genes pRomoting soluble sugaR content might be located on 2A,3A,5 B,7 D chRomosome of Synthetic 6x,and that the genes pRomoting soluble pRotein content might be located on 3A chRomosome.
