意大利黑麦草和高羊茅不同品种的矿物质含量差异

Mineral Nutrient of Different Cultivars of Lolium multiflorum and Festuca arundinacea

摘要: 用能量分散型荧光X射线元素分析仪测定了意大利黑麦草和高羊茅两草种各4个品种不同年度、不同器官、不同刈割时期的矿物质元素含量。结果表明,每个草种的高镁品种都具有较高的Mg含量和低的K/(Ca+Mg)当量比,而且与其他品种之间差异显著;不同刈割时期,5月份Mg含量低而K/(Ca+Mg)当量比高,而且与其他刈割时期差异显著;2003年与2004年相比,K含量、K/(Ca+Mg)当量比高而且差异显著;两草种茎叶干物质中矿物质元素含量高低顺序为:常量元素KSiCaMgNa;叶中微量元素FeMnZnCu,茎中微量元素MnFeZnCu。不同器官之间,意大利黑麦草除Zn的含量茎显著高于叶而外,其他11种元素都是叶的含量高于茎; 高羊茅P,Cl,Zn 的含量茎显著高于叶,其他9 种元素都是叶的含量高于茎。

Abstract: The mineral nutrients of different cultivars of Lolium multiflorum and Festuca arundinacea were tested in different years, different organs and different harvest times using JSX-3200 fluorescent X-ray element analyzer. The results showed as follows: Each cultivar with high-Mg had a significant high level of Mg and low ratio of K/ (Ca+Mg) compared with other cultivars. Among different harvest times, The plants harvested in May had a low contents of Mg and high ratio of K/ (Ca+Mg). In Lolium multiflorum and Festuca arundinacea the mineral nutrients order was K>Si>Ca>Mg>Na, and Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu. Except Zn was significantly higher in stem, all other 11 elements were higher in leaf than those in stem of Lolium multiflorum. For Festuca arundinacea, the contents of P, Cl, Zn were significantly higher in stem than those in leaf, the other 9 elements were higher in leaf than those in stem.
