摘要： 依据马肌生成抑制素（MSTN）编码序列设计引物，以蒙古马基因组DNA为模板，利用PCR技术，扩增出MSTN基因第三外显子序列。将所得片段与PGEM—Teasy载体连接，转化感受态DH5a大肠杆菌。筛选出阳性克隆，酶切、PCR鉴定后，经DNA测序结果表明，所克隆到的MSTN基因第三外显子与文献报道基本一致，有一处单核苷酸有变异。

Abstract: The Exon 3 of MSTN gene of Mongolian horse was amplified by PCR with primers based on the coding sequence.The amplified fragments were cloned into PGEM-T easy vector and subsequently subjected to sequence.The result showed that the cloned Exon 3 of MSTN gene is highly homogenous to published data only one nucleic acid changed.
