摘要： 论述了新中国成立以来河北省土壤肥料与环境科学研究在土壤普查与肥力监测、施肥理论与技术、土壤质量评价与环境保护等方面取得的成就,展望了新世纪我省土壤肥料科学与环境科学研究的主要任务和发展方向。

Abstract: The paper mainly discussed the achievements of soil and fertilizer and environment science of Hebei province from 1949 in brief. The research included soil inventory,fert ility supervision,the fert ilizer theory and technology,evaluation of soil quality and environment protection. At the same time the author expected the most task and development direction of soil and fertilizer and environment science of Hebei province in new century.
