摘要: 我国人均水资源只有世界人均水平的1/4,系用水紧张国家。河北省人均水资源为全国平均水平的1/9,是极度贫水地区。节约用水是关系到人口、资源、环境可持续发展的战略问题。农业是用水大户,节水潜力大,发展节水农业,对于缓解水资源短缺,全面建设小康社会,促进传统农业向现代农业的转变至关重要。发展节水农业必须坚持农业节水与工程节水并重,采取综合技术措施方能奏效。

Abstract: Water resource per capita in China is only 1/4 of the world average,which belongs to water-shortage country. The water resource in Hebei province is 1/9 of the China averag e,and it is an province with severe water shartage. Water saving is a issue related to sustainable resources,enviroment and social development. Agriculture is the biggest user of water resource,thus has a great potent ial for water saving. Developing water-saving agriculture will be important to allevate water shortage,construct well of fsociety and to transform the traditional agriculture into modern agriculture. To develop water saving agriculture,an integ rated approach combining engineering and agronomic practices should be used.
