高产低耗规模化生产脱毒马铃薯原原种研究

摘要: 在脱毒马铃薯原原种生产过程中,用简化培养基代替全量培养基,廉价生产容器代替昂贵的化学器皿,同时采用试管苗不经扦插直接生产原原种的方法,通过优化多种生产参数,使微型薯单薯重和单株结薯率都明显提高,生产成本大大降低,为河北省太行山区系统实施马铃薯换种工程打下了坚实的基础。

Abstract: In the process of producing potato primary elites,expensive chemistry and culture containers were replaced by cheap ones,different ways that can increase the average weight of individual seed and the number per plant were tried.By optimizing the parameters of producting potato primary elites,the quality of tuber seedling was equally good and yield of primary elites was increased.While,the production cost was greatly reduced.These researches guaranteed the system engineering of changing the degeneration potato cultivars in Taihang mountains district in Hebei province.
