摘要/Abstract

摘要： 测定了甜菜夜蛾成虫对黑杨萎蔫叶片挥发性物质提取物及其10种组分的EAG反应.结果表明,与标准化合物苯甲醛相比,未交配雌蛾、交配雌蛾和雄蛾对5～40 μL的提取物均有显著的反应.不论是未交配娥还是已交配蛾,能引起较强EAG反应的化合物均为芳香族化合物的苯乙醛、丁香酚、苯甲醇、β-苯乙醇、正己醇和环己醇,植醇、2-甲基环己烷和β-石竹烯仅能引起微弱的反应.以10种化合物不同种类及比例的混合物刺激成虫,EAG反应值均高于单一化合物.

Abstract: The paper presents the electroantennogram responses of Spodoptera exigua to the extracts and 10 compounds from withered black poplar leaves.Virgin female,mated female and male moths have significant EAG response to extracts at the dosages from 5L to 40L compared to benzaldehyde.The compounds that elicited larger EAGs of adults were as follows: benzeneac etaldehyde,eugenol,benzyl alcohol,β-phenylethyl alcohol,hexanol and cyclohexanol.Phytol,2-methyl-cyclohexanone and β-caryophyllene revealed a weaker activeness.EAGs from mixture with different ratios of 10 compounds were more active than the single compound.
