水溶性氟哌酸对埃希氏大肠及白痢沙门氏杆菌混合感染疗效研究

A Study on Treatment Effects of Soluble Norfloxacin for E.coli and S.pullorum Infections

摘要: 水溶性氟哌酸、非水溶性氟哌酸、氯霉素三种药物对雏鸡常见致病菌埃希氏大肠杆菌、鸡白痢沙门氏杆菌混合感染的临床药效研究结果表明:水溶性氟哌酸应用200ppm、100ppm、50ppm三个不同浓度对鸡埃希氏大肠杆菌和鸡白痢沙门氏杆菌同时进行人工感染雏鸡的保护率分别为91.65%、88.35%、76.65%,与非水溶性氟哌酸相比,效果明显,差异显著;与推荐剂量氯霉素相比,剂量小,效果好;与感染对照组相比,差异极显著。

Abstract: The soluble, nonsoluble norfloxacin and chlorumphenical were used to study the treatment effects for the infections of avian E.colt and S.pullorum. The protective percentage with 200 ppm,100ppm,50ppm dosage of soluble norfloxacin for mixed infections of E.coli and S.pullorum were 91.65%, 88.55% and 76.65% respectively.The results showed that the effects of soluble norfloxacin were superior to nonsoluble norfloxacin and chlorumphenical.
