蜜蜂属的生化鉴定

摘要: 长期来世界上都公认蜜蜂属(Apis)只有四个种,即东方蜜蜂、西方蜜蜂、大蜜蜂、小蜜蜂。我们用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦电泳分析了上述四种和黑色大蜜蜂(岩蜂)、黑色小蜜蜂两个少见的种的酯酶同工酶,发现它们各具自己特有的酶谱。为此,我们从生化角度对蜜蜂属的分类提供了依据,证明蜜蜂属不是四个种而是六个种。

Abstract: Apis honeybees are commonly described in most apiculture literature to have only four species:A pis cerana,A.mellifera,A.dorsata,and A.florea.Using isoelectric focusing electrophoresis with polyacrylamide gel,we analyzed the esterase isozymes of the fore-mentioned species and two rare species being A.loboriosa and A.and reniformis.Results showed that the esterase zymograms are different in all the six species,indicating that the two rare species have distinct characters,so there are six species of Apis,instead of four.
