鲜切花黄莺挥发油GC-MS分析及其抗细菌活性

GC-MS Analysis and Antibacterial Activity of Volatile Oil from Cut Flowers Solidago spp.

摘要: 为阐明鲜切花黄莺挥发油的化学组成及其抗细菌活性,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取黄莺花中的挥发油,得率为1.00%(以鲜质量为基础)。通过GC-MS分析,从黄莺花挥发油中共鉴定出29个成分,占总相对含量的96.37%,其中主要成分为大根香叶烯D(23.34%)、(3aS,3bR,4S,7R,7aR)-7-methyl-3-methylidene-4-(propan-2-yl)octahydro-1H-cyclopenta[1,3]cyclopropa[1,2]benzene(19.27%)、(1R)-(+)-α-蒎烯(13.10%)、D-柠檬烯(10.00%)和β-萜品烯(5.62%)。黄莺挥发油对枯草芽孢杆菌和桉树青枯病菌表现出较强的抑制活性,抑菌圈直径分别为(15.3±0.6)mm和(13.0±1.0)mm;对黄瓜角斑病菌也表现出一定的抑菌活性,但对根癌土壤杆菌、溶血葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌几乎无抑制活性。

Abstract: To clarify the chemical composition and antibacterial activity of volatile oil from cut flowers Solidago spp..The volatile oil from the branch and flowers of Solidago spp.was extracted by hydro-distillation with the yield of 1.00% on fresh weight basis. Chemical compositions of the volatile oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Twenty nine components were identified from the volatile oil of Solidago spp.,which accounted for 96.37% of total volatile substance. Germacrene D(23.34%),(3aS,3bR,4S,7R,7aR)-7-methyl-3-methylidene-4-(propan-2-yl)octahydro-1H-cyclopenta[1,3]cyclopropa[1,2]benzene(19.27%),(1 R)-(+)-α-pinene(13.10%),D-limonene(10.00%) and β-terpinene(5.62%) were the major compounds in the volatile oil.The essential oil showed stronger antibacterial activities against Bacillus subtilis and Ralstonia solanacearum,and the diameters of in hibition zone were(15.3±0.6)mm and(13.0±1.0)mm,respectively.The essential oil also showed a certain antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas lachrymans. While the antibacterial activities against Agrobacterium tumefaciens, Staphylococcus haemolyticus and Escherichia coli were weak and no significant difference.
