摘要: 通过控制干燥器湿度的方法对假酸浆子胶进行吸湿和保湿性能测试,其48 h吸湿率和保湿率分别为35%,25.42%。和常用的化妆品保湿剂甘油、透明质酸、聚乙二醇(PEG10000)进行比较,试验条件下0~48 h各试样吸湿能力大小为:假酸浆子胶(NPGG)>透明质酸(HA)>甘油>PEG。假酸浆子胶表现出良好的吸湿和保湿性能,是一种很有开发潜力的天然保湿剂。假酸浆子胶与透明质酸的吸湿动力学特性表明:采用二级吸附动力学方程能够很好地描述两种保湿剂的吸湿行为,相关系数均达0.999以上。

Abstract: The properties of moisture absorption and retention of gum in seed of Nicandra physaloides ( L. ) Gaertn(NPGG) were studied by controlling the relative humiditiy of the desiccator. For 48 h test, the moisture absorpt ion rateand moisture retaining rate were 35% and 25. 42%. Comparing with the commonly used humectants for cosmetic, glycerol, hyaluronic acid and polyethylene glycol( PEG10000), the moisture absorption rate under conditions of 20.81% relative humidity during 48 h was as follow: NPGG> hyaluronic acid> glycerol> PEG10000??NPGG showed good perfor??mance both in moisture absorption and moisture retaining test. Its capabilities of moisture absorption and retention werebetter than that of hyaluronic acid.Kinetic analysis of absorption about these two moisturizers showed that the second??or??der model of adsorption kinetic equat ion could characterize the absorption process very well and the relation coefficients all were higher than 0.999??
