重碳酸盐型盐碱虾池浮游植物与理化因子的相关关系

摘要: 选择重碳酸盐型盐碱南美白对虾塘作为研究对象,研究浮游植物与水体理化因子的相关关系。结果表明,与虾池浮游植物生物量显著相关的理化因子有水温、透明度、总碱度、化学耗氧量、氨氮和总磷,其中,水温、总碱度、化学耗氧量和氨氮呈显著正相关,透明度和总磷呈显著负相关,水温、透明度、总碱度、化学耗氧量、氨氮和总磷是影响虾池浮游植物高密度发生的重要理化因子。

Abstract: This paper studied the relation between phytoplankton and physical2chemical factors of the alkalinitiescomposed of HCO3-type in shrimp pond. The results indicated:the correlation between phytoplankton biomass and watertemperature,transparency,Alk,chemical oxygen demand,NH+42N,PO3 -HCO3-4 2P was significant. The correlation of water tem2perature,Alk,chemical oxygen demand and NH+42Non the biomass was significantly positive,but transparency and PO3-4 2Pwas significantly negative. It suggested that water temperature,transparency,Alk,chemical oxygen demand,NH+42N,PO3-4 2P were the important physical2chemical factors to affect the high density of phytoplankton.
