摘要: 结合 NOAA 卫星数据和地面雪深观测资料,利用遥感与地理信息技术,针对气象台站稀少,分布不均匀的内蒙古地区制作雪盖图和雪深等值面图,不但可以从水平方向上确定积雪的覆盖范围,还可以从垂直方向上确定积雪深度的空间变化。监测结果对雪情的综合评价具有重要的应用价值,为牧区雪灾的动态监测与评价提供科学依据。

Abstract: The Remote sense and GIS technology were applied to chart Inner Mongolian region snow cover and snow depth based on NOAA satellite and ground snow depth datum. It could not only ascertain snow areain horizontal direction, but also snow depth space variety in vertical direction. The fact showed that monitoringresult is very important to snow information evaluation.It also can provide science foundations for snow disaster monitoring and evaluation.
