摘要： 文章以台州声环境功能区划为例，从基础资料空间数据库的建立、要素类的制作及空间要素获取、专题图制作等方面，详细探讨了ArcGIS在整个区划过程中的应用。在环境功能区划中，利用ArcGIS的个人GeoDatabase数据优势，分类建立了基础资料的空间数据库，更加有效地管理基础资料；通过ArcGIS强大的空间分析功能，获得了大量的图形数据；利用ArcGIS强大的图形功能及丰富多样的数据符号化方法，绘制了不同类型的专题图。

Abstract: By taking Taizhou city for example,this paper discussed the application of ArcGIS in the environmental functional district planning of noise in detail.It focused on 3 aspects as follows:(1) how to build spatial databases for basic data;(2)how to obtain and create the feature classes;and(3) how to make thematic maps.During the course of environmental functional district planning,based on the fact that a personal Geodatabase of ArcGIS can store as many data layers as needed,classified spatial databases were built to manage the basic data more effectively.ArcGIS has such a great spatial analysis functions,that it can produce lots of graphic feature.Additionally,types of thematic maps can be charted because the ArcGIS graphics function is so powerful and there are so many tools to symbolize the data.
