地黄连作障碍因素及解除措施研究

The Causes and Control of Continuous Cropping Barrier in Dihuang( Rehmannia glutinosa Li bosch.)

摘要: 盆栽试验结果表明,地黄根系的分泌物,地黄叶和块茎中均含有对地黄块茎生长抑制的物质,其中以根系分泌物的抑制作用最突出,其次是地黄叶,这些是造成地黄不能连作的主要因素,重茬土高温来菌处理和加入活性炭、抗坏血酸处理,可有效地解除地黄连作障碍,但在大田实用效果需要进一步研究。

Abstract: The potted experiment showed that,the unknown substances in hibit ing the tuber growth of Dihuang (Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.) were from root exudates,leaves and tubers of Di Huang.The root exudates significantly inhibited the tuber expand,and secondly the leaves did.They were the major causes of continuous cropping barrier in d-ihuang.Steamsterilizing the old soil or adding active carbon and ascorbic acid can effect ively overcome the continuous cropping barrier.But the field effect should be further studied.
