采用种子或幼苗春化后进行夜间补光的方法研究了夜间补光光强与光周期对部分芸薹种蔬菜抽薹开花的影响。结果表明, 补光处理明显好于不补光处理, 在补光光强290μmol/(m2.s)以内, 光强越强, 大白菜显蕾、抽薹、开花越早。加强光照强度不仅促进大白菜的生殖生长, 还促进营养生长, 一定量的营养生长对加速大白菜植株抽薹开花也有促进作用。光周期超过16 h, 抽薹开花期则明显提早, 以24 h效果最佳。不同材料表现出较大差异, 抽薹越晚或对光周期敏感的材料, 长日照对抽薹的促进作用效果越明显。强补光及24 h光周期更适宜于材料的快速加代繁殖。而对于抽薹评价而言, 以补光光强108~144μmol/(m2.s)、光周期16 h为宜, 此光强采用普通日光灯管即可满足, 植株营养生长适中, 既能节约能源, 又能达到缩短评价周期的目的。
Effect of day length(DL) and supplementary 1ight luminosity(SLL) on bolting and florescence of Brassica Canpestras L. was studied with supplementary 1ight treatment at night after seed or seedling vemalization. The result indicated that supplementary light treatment was more effecitive than the check; The bud appearance, bolting and f1orecence of Chinese cabbage(B.camtpestris L. ssp. pekanensis)cane out earlier with SLL increasing during 0-290 μmol/(m2·s), and also were improved by proper plant growth through supplementary light; When DL surpass 16 h, the bolting and f1orescence of Chinese cabbage, Paktroi(B.camtpestris L. ssp. chinensis) and turnip(B.camtpestris L. ssp. rapifera)、were accelerated. And this effect reached summit in the 24 h treatment; Long DL was proved more effective to the bolting of late bolting lines and those susceptive to DL. It was suggested that high SLL or 24 h DL suit fast propagation, and 108-144 μmol/(m2·s) of SLL and 16 h DL, easy to manipulate by fluorescent tube, be most suitable to bolting evaluation, which can shorten evaluation cycle and save energy as well.
