不同蚜虫对黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)亚组Ⅰ、Ⅱ分离物传播效率比较研究

Transmission Comparison of Cucumber Mosaic Virus Subgroup Ⅰ and Ⅱ Isolates by Different Aphid Species

摘要: 采用北京地区发生的5种主要蚜虫桃蚜、棉蚜、萝卜蚜、豆蚜、修尾蚜,对黄瓜花叶病毒亚组Ⅰ、Ⅱ的两个分离物YQ和ZL进行了室内蚜虫传毒效率比较研究。同时,在田间露地栽培条件下,混合投放了5种蚜虫,研究了它们对亚组Ⅰ、Ⅱ病毒传播效率的差别。结果表明,不同种类的蚜虫对亚组Ⅰ、Ⅱ病毒YQ和ZL的室内传毒效率有不同的偏向,而多种蚜虫混合投放于田间时,这些蚜虫对CMV亚组Ⅱ病毒ZL的田间综合传播效率显著高于对亚组Ⅰ病毒YQ的传播效率。

Abstract: A comparative study with five aphid species Myzus persicae,Aphis gossypii,Lipaphis erysimi,Aphis craccivora and Megoura viciae were carried out in laboratory and field experiments to evaluate spread of CMV Subgroup I YQ and subgroupⅡ ZL isolates in tobacco.Both YQ and ZL showed variability in their transmission efficiency by the five aphids.And the overall transmission efficiencies of the subgroupⅡ ZL were significantly high in the field transmission with the five mixed aphid species.Hopefully,our study will aid in understanding implications of the spread between CMV subgroups,and will lead to development of more specific control measures.
