摘要： Three new genus and thirteen new specides published during 1988—1991 are de-scribed in this paper.They are:Fulgoridae——Neoalcathous huangshanana,N.wuyishanana,Kalidasa lui;Achilidae——Ganachilla zhenyuanensis,Haicixidia jianfegensis,Magadha yadon-gensis,M.gyirongensis,M.taibaishanensis,Catonidia tibetensis,C.guadunensis,C.wuyi-shanana,C.fujianensis;Cixiidae—Oliarus zaonensis.They all are collected from China.Thetype specimens of them are deposited in the Shijiazhuang Pomology Institute,Northwestern Agri-cultural University and Institute of Zoology,Academia Sinica.
