摘要： 农用地的价格评估,要在研究现阶段农用地价格构成的基础上进行,要综合考虑各因素所揭示的农用地价格,才能比较正确的反映农用地的完全价格。

Abstract: The agriculture uses a ground price valuations,wanting to be at the foundation that study the current agriculture to constitute with a price to go forward a line of,to synthesize each factor of consideration announce to public of the agriculture uses a ground of prices,then can compare to reflect rightly the agriculture use the complete price of the ground.
