摘要

以磷高效基因型水稻屉优418、辽优2005和磷效低基因型培杂茂三为材料,采用水培试验,分别从根系形态学,磷吸收、利用和运转效率等方面进行了研究,探讨了不同基因型水稻磷素营养差异的机理,结果表明,磷高效基因型水稻是磷吸收效率、运转效率和利用效率高的结果。较大的根体积、根总吸收面积、活跃吸收面积、根系活力,Km、Cmin小,Imax大等是水稻对磷高效吸收的特征。但基因型不同,特征也有区别,本试验中屉优418对磷高的吸收效率主要是由于根系强大,Imax大所致,而辽优1025高的磷吸收效率则主要缘于根总吸收面积、活跃吸收面积大,根系活力强。

Abstract

Solution culture was conducted to study on the aspects,such as root morphology,P uptake efficien-cy,P utilization and translocation efficiency,et al. The mechanism of the difference in P efficiency of different ricegenotypes was probed. The results of the study are as followed:P efficiency of rice depended on co-ordination of P absorption efficiency,utilization and translocation efficiency;The ricegenotypes with higher P uptake efficiency were characterized by more extensive root systems coupled with its higher total uptake area,active uptake area higher root activity and desirable kinetic parameters of P uptake,showing lower Kmand Cmin,but longer Imaxvalues. However,the characteristics were different amonggenotypes. In this experiment,the higher P uptake efficiency of Tiyou 418 depended on more extensive root systems and longer Imaxvalue. But the higher P uptake efficiency of Liaoyou 1025 mainly resulted from larger total uptake area,active uptake area and higher root activity.
