通过大田试验,研究土壤-植物复合系统对新亚铵法制浆中段水的处理效果,中段水灌溉对作物产量的影响以及由此而产生的经济效益,以期为新亚铵法制浆中段水的资源化利用开辟途径.试验结果表明,土壤-植物系统对制浆废水中CODcr、总氮、总磷具有较好的去除效果,去除率分别达到了86%,60%及90%以上;同时制浆废水灌溉能够明显促进作物生长,增加作物产量11.6%~47.6%;利用制浆废水灌溉,可以处理废水19 200 m3,节约污水处理费用17 280元,节约肥料投入3 39元,粮食产值达到28 893元,可产生经济效益41 842元.因此,制浆废水作为灌溉用水是可行的,并且下渗水经过收集后可以做为更大范围的灌溉用水.
Mid-stage effluent of ammonium sulfite method is different from other industrial waste-water because of its abundant nutrients and less toxicity.The direct drainage would lead to both pollution of environment and waste of resources.A field experiment was conducted to study the treated effect by soil-plant system, effect on crop yields and economic benefit of irrigation.The results showed that the removal ratios of CODcr,total N,total P reached above 86 %,60 % and 90 %separately.The growth of crop was increased markedly, and yields improved from 11.56 % to 47.65 % after the application of mid-stage effluents.With mid-stage effluent irrigation, per hektare soils can treat with 19 200 m3 wastewater,save 17 280 yuan for treating expenses,3 359 yuan for fertilizer and gain 41842 yuan economic benefits,production value reach 28 893 yuan.Therefore,it is feasible to use paper making waste water as irrigation water.The extravasate can be collected and used on larger lands.
