水稻广亲和品种及其利用的研究

A Study on the Wide Compatibility Varieties of Rice and Its Utilization

摘要: 用3个广亲和水稻品种与24个粳稻不育系和9个籼稻不育系进行了杂交配组试验,结果表明:02428对籼稻不育系没有恢复能力,对部分粳稻不育系恢复较好;培矮64和CPSL017对籼稻和粳稻不育系均具有良好的恢复能力.各杂交组合的产量竞争优势非常明显,主要表现在有效穗数和穗粒数显著增加;从它们与籼、粳稻不育系配制的组合中都可选育出结实率高、优势强的高产组合.同时,三个品种本身经济性状优良,株高适中,生育期合适.因此,三个广亲和品种在河北省均可直接利用,其中培矮64的利用价值最大.

Abstract: Hybridization experiment was made in the study using 3 wide compatibility varieties with 24 japonica rice cytoplasmic male sterile (CMS) lines and 9 indica rice CMS Hues, 8 economic characters and their heterpsis were estimated. The results showed that 02428 had no restoring ability to indica rice CMS lines, but did to some of japonica rice CMS lines;Peiai 64 and CPSL 017 were able to restore indica and japonica rice CMS lines.The grain yield competitive heterosis of 5 hyhridization combinations was distinguished, it was mainly manifested in distinct increase of grain number per ear and ear number per plant. The superior hybridization combinations with high spikelet fertility could be selected from the F1 generation combining 3 wide compatibility varieties with indica and japonica CMS lines, Moreover the 3 varieties were characterized by fine economic characters, midle plant height and suitable growth period duration. Therefore, the 3 wide compatibility varieties are able to directly use in Hebei province, among them Peiai 64 is of the most great value in use.
